  • Our aim is to inform our patients of the costs of their treatment and to allow them time to consider before accepting.
  • Your dentist will assess and discuss with you more complex situations and give you a personalised estimate of fees to be charged.
  • Variations to the treatment plan may occur as a result of the clinical condition. This will be discussed with you.
  • Payment will be required as each stage of treatment is completed unless you are informed otherwise.
  • If you have any concerns about costs or payments then please discuss them with your dentist or reception staff.
  • Where an account is not settled, when required, an administration charge may be incurred for subsequent billing.

A fee may be charged for missed appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

** A £50 deposit is payable in advance for New Patient Examination appointments. This is non-refundable if the appointment is not attended or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
